When our carriers deliver and complete the job at hand, they deserve to get paid for a job well done. R2 Logistics’ standard payment terms is within 30 days of receiving all necessary paperwork. Carriers have the option to receive payment by check or electronic funds transfer.

Start the payment cycle by emailing or uploading your paperwork. To email your paperwork, send to r2admin@r2logistics.com. Upload your paperwork with several of the TRANSFLO technologies. (Please note that the fleet ID to use for R2 Logistics is RTCYV.)

While 30 day payment terms is our standard, we also offer other options to speed up payment. Need cash now? Choose one of the following quick pay options that best fits your needs.

Option 1: EFS/TCH Money Code

All requests are paid within the same day that all required paperwork is received. Payments will be made with an EFS/TCH Money Code, and will be subject to a 6% term discount from the gross settlement rate.

Option 2: Quick Check

All requests are paid within 2 business days after all required paperwork has been received. Payments will be made with a check that will be mailed to your remit to address, and will be subject to a 4% term discount from the gross settlement rate.

Fuel Advances

Fuel advances are also available for carriers that have been set up with R2 Logistics for a minimum of 90 days and have ran at least three loads. Other advances for unloading and/or lumpers are available upon delivery. Advances will be paid via EFS/TCH Money Code or Comchek at which time a 6% fee will be deducted from the total settlement. Contact your R2 representative if you would like to take part in this opportunity.

Claim Resolution

To resolve any possible claims, report any concerns (e.g., shortage, damage, theft, etc.) immediately to the R2 Logistics office that tendered you the shipment in question. Our standard procedures will help resolve your claim quickly and easily. If a claim remains unresolved, contact our claims department at 904.394.4677.
