R2 Logistics, Inc., a Third Party Logistics service provider, today announced its Customer Service Advisory Board met on September 23, 2015 for the second of their biannual meetings in 2015. Attending the meeting was a board member from each R2 office. These members included: Jim Roche (Charlotte, NC), Brian Woolum (Columbus, OH), Matt Harris (Dallas, TX), Kyle Douglass (Denver, CO), Joe Wilson (Detroit, MI), Jeff Schroeder (Headquarters), Shawn Wanner (Jacksonville, FL), Chris Narusas (Nashville, TN) and Derek Hirsch (Phoenix, AZ). Also in attendance was Vice President of Operations, Matt Elsass.
Members at the meeting reported the customer service levels from their branch and topics that included: their top five customers, office strengths, recurring service failures and solutions, as well as training expectations for all associates. Collectively the board also discussed new service ideas to enhance the customer service experience at R2 Logistics.
“It’s great when this group gets together and collaborates on new and innovative ways to enhance the customer service experience,” stated VP of Operations, Matt Elsass. “Fresh ideas are always being implemented that will keep R2 as the trendsetter in the industry when it comes to the level of service our customers can expect.
